I just bought the new S20 Ultra and was so excited to get it. However, immediately I noticed that the colour palette and pop of beautiful pictures was non existent.
I really hope that Samsung releases an update to fix this as it totally ruins this phones hype and I wish o hadn't forked out the massive amount of money due it now.
If you are really upset, Google "not fit for purpose" and look up your State's department of consumer affairs. As well as Samsung's warranty the Australian government has additional warranty conditions look for those. Also Google "S20 Ultra washed out colours" in case there are solutions.
