Galaxy SI have a refurbished Galaxy S9+ that I am setting up.
Everything seems to be working except Voice mail.
The app is Samsung Visual Voicemail 12.0.00.8.
I have checked all the permissions, and all are turned on.
I start the app and press the "Start" text.
The spinning wheel spins for about 60 seconds.
The next screen says "The app hasn't received setup information, but you can still attempt to set up Visual Voicemail."
I tap on the "set up" text
The Phone dialer is shown.
An automated voice says "the voice mail is not setup"
