Chat Apps In Secure Folder Cannot Attach Photos

Hi,

Viber and other chat apps inside Secure Folder cannot attach and send media files.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps (Secure Folder) are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Restart your device.

 

How to access your files in your Secure Folder.

 

Step 1. Open your Secure Folder.
 
Step 2. To access your images, tap Gallery.
 
Step 3. To access your files, tap My Files then tap the location from which you moved the file. For example, if you moved a file from Downloads, tap Downloads
