My clock has disappeared from my aps, it us showing as installed my husband and I have the same phone and gave checked settings and both are identical on our phones but I've no app/icon any advice pleae
1. See if you can find a clock under widgets. 2. Consider downloading a clock in Play Store. 3. Double check by swiping down to apps and looking in Samsung folder. 4..Go to Settings, scroll down to Apps, top right show System apps, scroll down or search for Clock. If you find it you should be able to open it (otherwise check for update option). Restart.
Thank you for your advice, when I go to apps on my phone via settings the clock is there this is the only way I can use it to set an alarm very frustrating
If you haven't tried this already, go to Settings, search for Hide. Scroll down until you find the link Home Screen. Click on "Hide apps on Home and Apps screens", find that again and open. and see if Clock appears there, obviously if it is and has been ticked, unclick, go back to Home screen or app screen and see if it has reappeared. If this doesn't solve it Google "samsung phone clock hidden but in apps" for more options
