I recently bought 2 brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Smart View wallet cases for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. These are 100% genuine and are identical to my current old one which has now worn but still works. I've also matched the Model No and both match. Also both have magnets in them at the bottom section. Here's my problem, when I close the case cover on the new case the screen should go off and you should see the clock show the time, nothing happens at all, absolutely nothing and this is with both the cases. The case fits the phone perfectly. And like I mentioned these is a magnet in the case and it's located right at the bottom section of the case, same with my old case.

OK I just realised I had to scan a QR Code to download some software for the case to work, the software was called Smart View and once this was installed the case finally worked. I've taken photos of the case which I would like to post here
