Constant Phone Call Drop Outs

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of an issue with the Galaxy S24 dropping phone calls mid call? It happens every phone call I have and consistently is disconnecting calls.

My Carrier is Telstra in Melb Australia however I know it's not a carrier problem as all other phones we use at home etc have no issue and my older S22 is working perfectly.

Does it drop out when it is connected to a different tower?

Hi no, not that I've noticed I've been static in a single location on a call so I shouldn't have been tower hopping.

I haven't experienced this.
FWIW, I'm on Optus.

You could try going into Settings-> Connections-> Mobile Networks-> Access Point Names.

Then tap on the 3 dots at the top right, and then tap on Reset to default.

I had a look at this and will report back and see how it goes. Every single phone call after a few minutes has dropped out, maybe it's a software or antenna issue?

Still having this issue with any phone calls I make.
