Galaxy S
I got my S20 FE in December last year it was great for the first week with no issues but now occasionally once or twice a day the right side of the screen is unresponsive when I touch it (only 30% of touches are recognized) and it lasts for about 10 minutes, I usually just put my phone in my pocket and wait for the problem to dissapear. The touchscreen problem has affected me in science class when I was trying to record the time a toy car took to roll down a ramp, basically I couldn't start or stop the stopwatch. Also I have never dropped my phone. This makes me worry I wasted my money. The S20 FE is very powerful with a good camera and battery but I can't deal with this irritating screen. Does anybody know the solution or have the same problem.

Thanks Jojejito, I recall raising a report before, they asked me to do a "soft reset" (hold down power and volume down key) to fix the touchscreen problem, I tried this but the problem came back the next day.

No worries... trust me it will be worth it to have it resolved. Such a good phone. 😀
