My Picture is all blurry and I can't seem to fix it. I have tried going into settings and clearing data and cache but that didn't work. When I turn the camera around the other way on myself the picture is perfect. Could someone please help me out?

Hi @Max198021, do you have a protector on your camera? In some cases, the screen protector on the camera may not be compatible with the device and cause blurring.

Is your software updated to the latest version? You can check this by going to Settings > Software Update.

As camera issues are difficult to diagnose over the computer, my best suggestion if these do not fix the issue, is to send an error report via the Samsung Members app and book an appointment for your nearest service centre so we can take a closer look at this.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Camera > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Booking an appointment:

Back up your data to your computer or chosen cloud services, and bring your proof of purchase to your nearest service centre. To find your closest service centre and book and appointment, click here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/your-service/main

Hope this helps :)
