Galaxy S20 plus vertical pink line

Hi,

All of sudden today 17th May 2022 i got vertical line in screen shows pink in color.

Not sure why it came sudden.

Can you please help.

Do i need to pay for this?

Since its already 1year is completed after purchase.

To update today anther vertical green line came.

Same here.... I got the line on the 16th May after the update

Same too, I reached out to Samsung support but they told me I have to pay for "evaluation" costs. This is super ridiculous. Why am I paying for an issue that is caused by Samsung software update? My phone was working perfectly fine until the latest UI update thing rolled out.

I think all of us should come together to join say a telegram chat and raise this situation to CASE. This is clearly not a fault created by consumer. And since such problem occurs after OS update and it's not an sole or isolated cases, all of you all should band together and raise this issue to Samsung via CASE
