Galaxy SHi all,
the power button of my Galaxy S21+ is broken. It's still in place nad works, but it can fall off at any time.
I went to a store and they mentioned it's something it usually never happens so they have to send the phone off for repair and they have to inspect it first in order to understand if they can just replace the button or the full frame (costing $400!!!!!).
Is this happen to anyone? Is it really a 400 bucks job?
for 400 bucks, I'm going to get a new phone! :)

Galaxy SI'd buy a new phone
Seems to be a common complaint about Samsung service. Someone at Samsung here in Australia needs to be sacked, starting with the customer service. I'm happy with my 4 year old Samsung but a friend of mine who's had Samsung phones for yonks recently purchased an IPhone 14,reckons it's great. I'll stick to mid range phones, they still do the job even if customer service don't.

Galaxy SDo you always use your power button?
The good thing with OneUI is there's an option for "Double tap to turn off screen" and "Double tap to turn on screen".
So you have other options to wake up and turn off screen if your phone button is having issues.
