I have had the S21 since February 2021 and it has been anything but reliable.
It constantly restarts, sometimes 7-10 times at a time! I have lost customers due to this very bad phone. It's been back 3 times to Samsung and comes back with the report that "nothing is wrong with it."
Samsung VOC aren't responding to my emails. They are fobbing me off.
The S21 overheats each time the random restarts happen. I loose data connectivity constantly. I miss phone calls as a result. The Bluetooth connection is a failure.
How can Samsung continue to sell this faulty device when they can't even communicate with current customers regarding the current fatal issues?

In some cases, a fault may be identified and users will be advised to visit their nearest service centre. While for others, a software update may be rolled out if a glitch is identified.
