Solved: Galaxy S22 Ultra LED View Cover not working proper...

My new cover only display time and incoming calls (but it don't display messages); furthermore i can't assign icons to contacts or app from dedicated app. I think it's a software problem, I already tried to reinstall, with no luck.

Does anybody have the same problem?

I just talked to Customer Service and have gotten the issues fixed. If you have a previous LED editor from anther phone Uninstall it. Then go to Settings >general management > reset >reset all settings. Once you do that pop your case on and it will have you install LED editor then you're good to go!!

Hi all, please try the following steps to assign LED icons to select apps or contacts:

1. Settings > Apps > LED View Cover > Notifications > Allowed

2. Settings > Apps > LED View Cover > Permissions > Contacts > Allowed

3. LED View Cover app > Notifications > + Add > Select preferred app > Select preferred icon

I also suggest sending through error reports as mentioned above if you are unable to follow the steps as shown above.

Hi @sentenza, to control these you will need the LED icon editor app. Do you have this downloaded?

Hi Laura thanks for reply, I have the app but it doesn't work in assigning led icons to contacts. This is the screen I have and there isn't the add button.

I am having the exact issue everyone else here has. Cannot assign icons to anything and cannot interact with cover.

I have exactly the same problem as displayed above...

Also shouldn't we be able to issues commands through the cover like answering phone calls, skip tracks? None of this is working as well
