Galaxy S22 Ultra LED View Cover not working properly

My new cover only display time and incoming calls (but it don't display messages); furthermore i can't assign icons to contacts or app from dedicated app. I think it's a software problem, I already tried to reinstall, with no luck.

Does anybody have the same problem?

Same Question. If you're using another phone, the features of the case won't work properly.

I preordered mine on 9th of February and it arrived at my doorstep on 11th of February... don't ask me how, I was surprised myself.. I live in Estonia :)

Hi guys I don't know if I'm on the right page, but I need help. I pre-order my s22U and S22+ I don't know where to go (website) to put my coupon or something to get my bonus gifts.

Hi @sentenza, to control these you will need the LED icon editor app. Do you have this downloaded?

Hi Laura thanks for reply, I have the app but it doesn't work in assigning led icons to contacts. This is the screen I have and there isn't the add button.

I am having the exact issue everyone else here has. Cannot assign icons to anything and cannot interact with cover.

I have exactly the same problem as displayed above...

Also shouldn't we be able to issues commands through the cover like answering phone calls, skip tracks? None of this is working as well
