We had lots of hassles applying the pre-order registration promo code and the Reservation+ code. Luckily a sales agent called and helped with the process but took us eons to complete the order for our 2 phones.
Apparently we can't combine the Reservation+ code with the 10% off promo code. She suggested we go with the 10% off code and remove the Reservation+ code. She sent me a form to get a refund for my $20 payment.
In the process of the confusion with the codes, we also missed the $300 trade-in boost. Will just sell our two S24 Ultra ourselves.
Seems to be a regular exercise in our past two upgrades, the promo codes system is very hit and miss. The process was quite inconsistent between the two orders yesterday, but we got there in the end.
Anyway, we have two S24 Ultra to sell, one 512Gb and one 1TB. Anyone interested?
Samsung is super drive every year. They comes up with super creative products. I need to saved up money to for next model as Free S22 ultra is nearly there 😂
