Generally, it can be done via a network settings reset;

* Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings

But if that doesn't help - can you share any more details on what you want to achieve?

Im scared they keep messaging and spamming me threatening to leak the photos. Does anyone live in kedron or brisbane

Its very hard to blackmail someone who has nothing to hide. Having said that, skyware and or malware would seem to be your problem. If its gone as far as blackmail, and only you will know if they know something they shouldn't, you need not factory reset and take your phone to the police. Factory reset will remove all malware etc. But will also remove the malware that may be needed to trace it back to its owner. But as I say, if you have nothing to hide, the police are your only option.

I've recently deleted samsung health. I reinstalled it but now I don't have my past years information on steps and weight. Also my steps are working properly does anyone know why.
