Good news for those who affected with green line

Hi. This is might be a good news for those who has affected with green line problem. Samsung now has program for screen replacement (but ofcourse it's not free lah but more cheaper than usual price !) until the end of Aug/Sept 2024. Actually I've got the same problem, it will cost me around RM700+ for screen replacement but with this program I just need to paid RM90+ (well, maybe it depend on your phone model. The latest phone will cost you more but maybe not exceed than RM200). Don't go to third party phone repair ! They will charge you at least RM1000+. Please visit nearest Samsung Customer Centre branch store. And please spread this awareness to your family and friends that affected with green line. I don't know why Samsung don't tell their user about this program. So dissapointed 😕 Hope this will help you guys :) 

Edited: Oh you need to leave your phone to get into this program (depending on availability of your model phone stocks). Otherwise you need to pay original price (dont know why behind this reason tho). before this, you can use your phone until they called you back when the the stocks are available. Make sure you have spare phone (maybe samsung will provide extra phone too, subject to availability).

Can please tell me where I can get free screen replacement?

Why other models can have free screen replacement but ot the S22 series

My phone is only 2 years old, in perfect condition except for the green line and I am on a very tight budget

Please help

Well, about that.. I'm sorry. I'm not so sure why Samsung not select s22 for free screen replacement. And not sure which s22 are not eligible (standard/plus/ultra). I only knew about this because some s22 series user comments and complains they're not eligible for this program. I think better you try to call/go to nearest branch to ask further about this eligiblity. And from latest comment said, the promotion already ended on 15 Aug. Better you ask them before its too late.

Hi my note 20 is facing the same issue, pls take a look of my samsung product record, I am using mostly Samsung products since note 8, I am now using Z fold 6 but my standby phone note 20 ultra having this issue, can MOD or tech support reach me through email ? Tq.

Seriously this is ridiculous. My S21+ encountered green line issue last year in Aug 2023 right after firmware update. I have to pay rm700 to replace it. Now my sis who using S22+, again after updated firmware yesterday (14Dec)and got the green line. Both phone also just 2years + then got greenlight after firmware update? Ever since then everytime i updatr firmware i was praying not to get greenline.
