Does anybody here experience the same misfortune like me? After system updating my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. A strange Vertical Green Line appeared on the screen. How did you resolve it?

Same issue on my S21+, went to the Samsung Service Center last Saturday. They installed a software update but it doesn't resolve the issue, LCD repair cost a lot and the worst part is the following day when I set up my phone there's another line. :(
I can't reached the Service Center via phone call so I called Samsung service center. I was advised to go back to the Service Center. So hassle.

Hey Siesy,

The follow up visit for the Service Center is for a proper diagnosis of your device. The screen repair cost ensures that you receive an authentic replacement for your device (compared to the third-party screens typically used in non-authorized repair centers).

This also ensures that your device is repaired in an environment specifically designed for device repair, with tools that were developed especially for Galaxy devices.

I understand that it may feel like a hassle, but if you think your device is worth it, your Service Center will ensure that it receives the best care possible.

Hey madz1215,

Sorry to hear about this. There is currently no way for myself to diagnose your issue from the platform, but I can help you find a Service Center near you!

The Service Center will be able to diagnose and repair your device. If you registered for Samsung Care+, your repair may be covered up to device value. :)

Same here. Samsung service center is charging me P 15,000 for screen replacement even if the problem is caused by their faulty screen!
