Does anybody here experience the same misfortune like me? After system updating my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. A strange Vertical Green Line appeared on the screen. How did you resolve it?
Same issue on my S21+, went to the Samsung Service Center last Saturday. They installed a software update but it doesn't resolve the issue, LCD repair cost a lot and the worst part is the following day when I set up my phone there's another line. :( I can't reached the Service Center via phone call so I called Samsung service center. I was advised to go back to the Service Center. So hassle.
The follow up visit for the Service Center is for a proper diagnosis of your device. The screen repair cost ensures that you receive an authentic replacement for your device (compared to the third-party screens typically used in non-authorized repair centers).
