It's not entirely accurate.
They're is no public beta or public release for One UI 8.5 at this time.

However, one or more people, have leaked the Samsung Internal testing builds.

Rumour has it that a Pubic Beta will open up for OneUi 8.5 testing later this year.

There is already known S26 OneUi 8.5 firmware as well as the S26 will ship with OneUi 8.5 only.

Public Beta will only be available for the same countries as OneUi 8 did.
