Man, I will also be switching to Pixel and never ever come back to Samsung. They have failed very badly. All android devices have been upgraded to Android 15 but Samsung's ex flagship model is still sitting on Android 14. Whereas android 16 beta will be available soon for the Pixels. I am so frustrated with Samsung
You have to flash an older firmware before oneUI 6 but the fact you request to remove oneUI 6(which is the software of your phone ,without it would be a brick). It really rare it reset your setting excluded if you reset it, changing oneUI maybe some of your settings could be on different positions than before I will suggest to go on settings and use the search button and see what it find
