I had issues with wifi calling on One UI 5. The One UI 6 update completely fixed it. The November 30 security patch has reversed this and made wifi calling completely unusable.

Have you tried resetting the Network Settings?
Please note, doing this will delete all WiFi & Bluetooth connections.

I'd also suggest trying again, and when it fails, immediately send through an error report via the Samsung Members app.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Begrudgingly I did reset both my Network and Mobile Network and Wifi and Bluetooth settings, to no avail.

I also filled out an error report immediately following an example of failure.

This post is really to see if anyone is having similar issues with the latest security patch

Is it showing Security Patch Level: 30 November 2023 in your phone?

I'm on 1 November 2023 patch for OneUI6 for my Fold5. No issues on Wifi Calling. Both mobile and wifi preferred call.

Hope it's not widespread or Samsung release a new patch if it's really a bug. If you really need wifi calling, last resort if factory reset. 😕

Hey @crankyman

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,

Hey Claudette,

In the first error report I sent, which I sent before making this post and had sent within 2 minutes of the error (with logs attached) the logs took 19 minutes to send through and I was told to resubmit but to include logs from within 3 minutes of the erro. I'm not entirely sure how to too make the logs send any faster. I attached a video of the issues the second time around and again the logs too close to 20 minutes to compile and send.

Hey @crankyman

That is not an issue as long as you send us an error report after it happens.
