If there is something I do miss, that's the LED Notification light which I had on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, think this might of been the last of the Samsung phones that had it. Sadly my new S23 Ultra doesn't. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks.
Have you made sure the Brief setting is on in the Notification Pop-up style if so and it still doesn't work then I would suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report: Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
