There's only 8 countries in the beta program, and Australia is not one is them.
As for release schedule, I haven't seen anything from Samsung, but there's an expectation that the S23 series should see it by the end of October.
Samsung just rolled out beta 6 for the S23 series, and hopefully it will be the last. As for other models, likely to start seeing things from November onwards.
At the end of the day, this is just guesswork, as things can always change.
Yes, it is. Samsung has started the rollout at the end of October, though later than expected. As always, nothing is ever without issues, and Samsung ended up pushing out 9 beta's for the S23 series.
