New update makes system read notifications

Hey there,

My phone updated 2 days ago. Since the update, my notifications are being read out loud. 

e.g. 'you have 2 notifications, which would you like me to read first...

Then if you respond, it reads the actual notification in details so actual texts etc...

Does anyone know how to turn this off PLEASEEE it's so annoying!😒

It might be under Talkback. Try to turn this off

Do you have the earbuds?

If you do. Try turning off "Read notifications aloud" in the wearables app

As @mbckl suggested, if you use Galaxy Buds, but also a Galaxy Watch, this can cause this to happen.
Below is for the Buds, but watch would be much the same.

Scroll down select settings enter speak and search for speak notifications and turn off.

Heyy, I've tried that too and it's already off...I might call Samsung or Vodafone because I can't seem to find which program to turn it off 😔

When the voice thing appears it shows 'you are now talking to system' then when I click settings it goes to bixby settings, but I've turned off notifications too argg

Also, I'd just delete the picture with your email for privacy purposes 👍
