New update makes system read notifications

Hey there,

My phone updated 2 days ago. Since the update, my notifications are being read out loud. 

e.g. 'you have 2 notifications, which would you like me to read first...

Then if you respond, it reads the actual notification in details so actual texts etc...

Does anyone know how to turn this off PLEASEEE it's so annoying!😒

Check accessibility in settings and check if talkback is off

I called Vodafone because I've tried everything that was suggested and even they were unable to help...so I have to delete my bixby account which takes about a week and hopefully that fixes it.
