Hey all. So I got a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone a while ago. On my old Samsung, I could long press the full stop button to access Custom Symbols. I've looked online & I've looked in the settings, but the option just isn't there no matter what I do. How do I get the Custom Symbols on this phone & if I can't get them with the software I currently have, what's a good, free alternative?

Go to settings, then click on general management , keyboard list and default.... see if Samsung keyboard is set to default, once done hit Samsung key board settings and scroll down till you see style and layout & make sure the keyboard toolbar is turned on

hope this work

Hi @Danny_C, are you able to go to:

Settings > General Management > Language & input > Samsung Keyboard > Style & layout > Custom symbols?

No I can't do that. Once I go into General Management things start to go a bit differently in my settings. If i go into the Samsung Keyboard settings, this is what i see Screenshot_20211222-123407_Samsung Keyboard.jpgScreenshot_20211222-123251_Samsung Keyboard.jpg
