My S22 ultra appears to have a noise from the inside everytime i shake it like there some loosen parts inside, but the phone seems to be working fine and no problem at all other than the mentioned noise. Is ther is something wrong or any loosen parts inside that's causing the noise?
It's completely normal. That rattling sound is actually the Optical Image Stabilization or OIS as our Makers TechTalker said. You can actually 'unhear' it in action by opening your Camera App and shaking your device, and voila! No shaking sounds. Don't make it as habit to be shaking your device too much though!

If this small part is shaken while the camera is not operating, it may hit the internal structure and make a slight rattling sound.
