Apparently it should appear in the members app in the notices once available.

In the past one ui beta has been limited to a few countries only not including Australia. Here is a link suggesting we won't be on the list again. Hope I am wrong

You could always try a work around, changing your Samsung account country to one of those countries and using a vpn server in that country to access it

I wouldn't change it to get a beta because the beta One UI programs overseas would likely be carrier-specific and could prevent anyone who does this from using their handset. Changing your country also requires changing your Google account region, which locks it to that region and makes it unusable in Australia. I definitely would not recommend it. The beta updates are to report bugs, etc.; it is better to wait for the official One UI updates with all the features etc.

I agree about not testing a beta version, unless you really, really want a new feature. On the other hand, excluding beta there are other reasons for using a vpn like accessing BBC programs (a little fiddly and I have done it). You can also access that country's Samsung Members (either as guest or create an account) and Google Play which has localised versions of software. This necessary if you bought a "grey" phone which was marketed for, say, China. In Australia Samsung only rolls out Australian version software for Australian models, so you use a vpn to search and install the Chinese version updates. When you close the vpn your phone reverts to Australia as its home and your Samsung account logs back to your Samsung Australia account and Google Play Australian version.

I have a VPN installed on my phone and PC at all times for privacy and security, but I wouldn't update international firmware on my handset due to the lack of support.

Australia isn't part of the beta testing program. We get the official One UI updates only.
