So, for those on One UI7, I thought the home app was bringing a vertical scrolling apps page? All I get is a bunch of unorganised pages. Am I missing something?
Come on Samsung, 3rd party launchers have had that since early versions of Android. That's a deal breaker for using the built in launcher.

Click on the 3 dots in the search bar then on sort and choose alphabetical order. Which will change it to scrolling vertically. 1745628968545.jpg

Now if we can get Samsung to make it more flexible, like better grid options and how it treats widgets.....
I'm used to being able to set up on Lawnchair Launcher. It's so much more flexible, but do want to reduce apps that mess with the system a bit. Less is best.

I turned side bar on and populated it. That partly fills the need for what the home app can't do compared to Lawnchair.

So if you have a previous model phone, before you update, check the settings for the homescreen. I was comparing the S24 Ultra to my S21 Ultra which was on a 5 x 7 grid which is not an option in One UI 7. Lucky I saw that before it gets its update.
