Ahoy folks,

Anybody else getting this? I was updated to OneUI 6 yesterday, and sometimes my lockscreen notifications are overlaying or stacking on top of my media player. Pretty messy!

They display properly in the notifications shade when I pull it down, so this issue only presents when I pick up my phone and the screen turns on.

Would specifying fewer notifications to show give you more screen space? My wife's Oppo shows one or two and you can scroll the rest. Would a lockscreen widget provide an alternative notification placement for notifications?

I'm not sure that should be a solution really. It's not that there are too many notifications — the same notifications all aligned correctly before updating — but rather that it's laying over the top of the native media player. Can only be a bug, surely!

I appreciate your comment about "should". However my goal is to find solutions. I would rather have the correct solution but otherwise if something fixes the problem I will go for it. By the way if you go the widget way you may find you need two in order for the rearrange option to work.

Oh I know that I can do that, I was more just curious to see if anybody else was experiencing this. Apparently not!

That's a good-looking lock screen!

Well, it looks like it's really only an issue if the media player is in its expanded state, so I guess I'll just leave it like this! I'm sure a future update will fix it. Screenshot_20231126_085409_Nova Launcher_1000032315_1700949278.png
