Samsung website says it's been released, but my S24 Ultra tells me it's up to date:

I mistakenly joined the UK board while trying to find the solution to another problem, when I mentioned this they seemed to think I should be able to update.  Can anyone here confirm?

Thanks

It seems you have a US device, so you might be best to reach out to Samsung Members in the USA.
You've posted this to Samsung Members Australia. 😊

It might be easier for you to install the Members App from the Galaxy Store.

I am in Australia. The device is likely a grey import.

We all have a B at the end of our model numbers, eg SM-S928B, SM-S938B so on and so on. USA have their own model numbers just for the US. South Korea and China also have their own model numbers as well. Australia share B with most of the rest of the Word.

Hi @dingdongditch,

If you are still experiencing issues with not being able to download the One UI 7 update, we would recommend that you submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members app (if you have it installed on your device) through the steps in the link below:
https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members/

The Samsung Members app is normally preinstalled on most Samsung devices, but as mentioned by @Dolgogi above, it can be downloaded for free through the Play Store or the Galaxy Store.

Please let us know how you go!

Warm regards,

Samsung members app won't load, it says "not supported in this region."

This is an Australian community forum, right?

Yes it is, and if you have an Aussie sim, it should load.
