overheating issue

I've only experienced my S20+ heat up while on video call when I use other apps at the same time, like Netflix or Youtube. I usually just let it cool down or I close most apps open.

Usually heat up happens when you multi task with different apps at the same time. Try closing app in your task manager.

Try to close unnecessary opened apps and for better insulation try to remove your case while doing a video call.

Yes this is very normal for a Galaxy S20+ Exynos version which is really annoying.
