Note! Updates.
So after what happend the same day i called the customer service and they advice me to visit the service center for more checking, on the center they explain what will do (heads up) so I agree and sign the docs after a week they said that my phone issues will be covered so they fixed everything. After more than a week got my phone back.. thank you..

Hi everyone using s20+ model just want to ask if you encounter problem in your mobile screen?  ( green vertical line )I already called the samsung customer service  but still wanted to hear feedbacks from a user of this model also. Thanks.🙂😔 it happend yesterday. I didnt drop it or anything it doesnt have scratch or cracks.

Hi! I had vertical pink line on my screeb after the software update. I brought my unit to the service center and replaced it for free so long as its a week or 2 after the update.

My phone was under warranty as i check on their finding. They will check your phone so you need to leave it to them for a days for validation phone should not have dents, cracks or water leaks or any thing cause of mishandling. Better to visit the service center as soon as possible.

I have the same issue may kailangn po ba bayaran sa service center. Like diagnostic fee. Out of warranty na kc phone ko. I'm using it for more than 2 years.
