So after what happend the same day i called the customer service and they advice me to visit the service center for more checking, on the center they explain what will do (heads up) so I agree and sign the docs after a week they said that my phone issues will be covered so they fixed everything. After more than a week got my phone back.. thank you..

My unit have 3 vertical green line but i have problems because the receipt and the warranty card are missing if i go to the service center they will as for this document?

Yes they will ask for the receipt. Do you remember the store and month you purchased it? Maybe u can ask for a copy.
