Hello, I just got a Samsung Galaxy S21. Im quite disappointed because when I am trying to record songs on these apps, Smule does not record at all and Starmaker records but the recording has cracking voice. Tried everything except still doesnt record properly. Does anyone have a solution to this??
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues @saazstha. Could you confirm if you're having this audio issue with only these apps specifically or across your S21? Do you record through your S21 speaker, or through an audio device?
To check if it's with your S21 overall, you can check diagnostics in the Samsung Members app. To do this, open Samsung Members > Get help > Diagnostics > Start > Mic .
I would also suggest checking permissions for the Smule app. To check this, please go to Settings > Apps > Smule > Permissions > Microphone > check that the app has permission.
I just used the samsung voice recorder app tonight and had a 1hr 20min recording. I then went to rename it. Save it. But then it vanished. The recording is no longer in my lists or in my recycling. I don't know what to do or where else to look.
