Galaxy SMy front camera stopped working on my Note 20 after a screen replacement. I sent it back in for repairs and after 2 weeks I got a call from Samsung VOC to say they can't repair the phone as there are no parts available so they are going to replace it under warranty with a new s22 ultra. Happy with that I agreed and the said they would send the phone to the store where I dropped off my phone. They sent me an email stating the phone had been replaced, the repair was marked as complete and that is the last I have heard of it. The store has not received a replacement or instructions, Samsung VOC haven't responded to any emails, and Samsung Care just told me they don't know where the replacement is but it could take 7-14 days. Since it's been over a week that they said they were replacing the phone, I am getting a little frustrated that I have had absolutely no communication from Samsung and no help from the store. I have been back several times and just keep getting told to wait for an SMS. The original case number has been marked as complete and delivered so I can't even use that for tracking.
What is a reasonable time to wait? It is reasonable to wait 2 weeks to have a phone replaced under warranty?

Galaxy S3 weeks now and still no-one at Samsung can tell me when I will get a replacement phone. Just not acceptable, there is no shortage of stock, just Samsung dragging their feet and ignoring their valued customers.
