Hi, I purchased a second hand S20 Ultra phone but the photos are constantly blurry and I can't seem to get them in focus! Don't know if it's the phone or something I'm doing wrong. I'm carrying my old Note 5 around with me as my camera, as it still takes amazing quality photos! Anyone else experience focus issues with the S20 Ultra? Cheers.
Sounds like it's a hardware issue. Maybe they fixed the phone incorrectly, hard to say. This happened to a phone I tried to fix a while back (for a different brand); same symptoms.
You'll have to send it in to get serviced if you want to have any usability, I don't think resetting the phone would work, though you can try.
