My S21+ 5G randomly restarts, sometimes up to 15 times a day.  I try and send error logs, but it'll often restart while sending logs from the previous crash!

I've sent my S21+5G to the iCure repair centre in Granville and the centre found no fault and returned the device.  The issue has become worse, I can barely use my phone.  I'm actually on call with the Courts and need a working phone, yet each time I am told to send it back to the Service Centre (which means I am without a device for up to a week or two).  Samsung Members tell me the error logs indicate hardware issues with AP and DRAM, yet the service centre run a few tests and say all is fine.  I'm then advised to pass the booking reference number  on to the Samsung Members team....HOW do you not have that and WHY do you leave it up to the customer?  Surely you have systems in place to pass the phone logs on to the Service Centre, it's astonishing that this wouldn't be in place?

Completely unacceptable and I'm appalled Samsung can treat customers this way.  I simply want a refund at this stage and I will be pursuing this matter with Fair Trading.

I really sympathise, there are too many stories of inadequate support. As a temporary fix have you tried locking your network connection to 4G? If you want to check coverage and there is a pattern to the dropouts load an app called Aus Phone Towers.

Thank you for the suggestion, I've tried this previously (and have done so again) but it doesn't make a difference, the reboots still consistently occur

Google "s21 5g frequent restarts". Because Google changes its reply because of your personal profile and other factors I am going to list several of the page 1 hits it gave me. Note I can tell without reading them that there is considerable overlap in some of the replies. Before I list them, about a month ago I had one app stuck in continuous update for days. I fixed it by clearing cache and data, I think it was Speech Services?/Translation? I also changed the Samsung keyboard to, I think, Google keyboard. If you managed to progressively set all available apps to default, prevented updates, and this solved the problem you could update each app one by one and see if the problem recurs. This would tell you the problem app.
