Will I lose communication with Samsung support Sweden if I change my settings to Australia?
They have replied with the following message (after sending a lot of these error reports):
As i stated before, I do not want to send my phone again to a service center and lose my phone again for 2 weeks. This would mean I did not have access to my phone for 1 out 3 months that i have had it. As answered by your Swedish colleague: it is demonstrated that there is a perceived hardware error on the device.
I don't understand how this was not picked up by the first service center that looked at the phone. These errors have been the same since December (phone was send in January). I really don't care what the exact reason is for these errors. I just want a working phone, without losing it for another 2 weeks.
I bought your product that is not working as it supposed to, so I think I am entitled to a new (working!) phone or get my money back so I can buy a new one.

I am sorry that you are having this issue Unfortunately yes you will lose communication with Samsung support Sweden and since you are using a Swedish device you will have to contact Samsung Sweden to be given a solution.

Galaxy SI had same problem with galaxy s 21 fe. I went to the service center and restore the phone. The device was working fine for 2 weeks and the problem arrive again

Based on what you have described. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy Sjust plan to switch to a new phone, i too bought this useless phone(S21FE) at 37K INR and it keeps restarting when kept idle for 2-3 hours and sometimes while using it.
It repeats restarting 2-3 times a day easily since the day i bought it new.
Why they sell defected phones, can't they test before launching it....no service center can repair this, no one has answer. The last they say is it is demonstrated that there is a perceived hardware error on the device.

Galaxy SMine is doing the exact same thing. have spoken to samsung support. They want me to drive 100KM to a service centre. This is my work phone I use for business. I can't post it in and be without it for weeks.
The phone is 10 weeks old and has done it the whole time. Very frustrating as I have many samsung products and this phone is utter trash. If you are considering it. Do not buy.
2 error reports multiple support calls. Just feel like this has been a complete waste of money this phone. No resolution provided by Samsung except further inconveniencing me.
