Can any one help? I have had my S21 Ulta for about 3 weeks now and since day one it has had bluetooth streaming issues. It continuously cuts out and beaks up. This happens in the car and on other devises like google home.  Is this just a setting that I need to adjust? If it's not fixable I'll have to return the phone and I really want to do  that.

Hi DannC, sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with Bluetooth. Are you able to try some of these troubleshooting steps?

1. Clear Cache: Phone Settings > Apps > ⋮ > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache

2. Reset network settings: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset Settings

3. Open the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Bluetooth.

This check will tell you if there are any internal issues or deviations with your device. If so, the best course of action would be to send it in to your nearest service centre to be assessed. To find your closest service centre and book and appointment, click here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/service-centre

Let me know how these go.

Have tried all.of these and none have been successful. I have been reading that this is not an isolated issue according to some forums. Has samsung been able to identify and fix the problem? I have tried another phone in my car and it had no issues.

Hi DannC, thanks for getting back to me. May I ask if the other phone and car are older models?

Sometimes the Bluetooth software on your phone does not sync with the older software of a car. I suggest checking if your car needs a firmware update. These are usually released on the website of your car manufacturer. The method to update a car will vary by manufacturer, you may need to search for a guide on the manufacturer's website.

Hope this helps!

I am on my 3rd "repaired" S21 Ultra and am still experiencing the same issue.  My watch will connect and then suddenly it does not.  It will sometimes connect to the audio in my Jeep but mostly not - any other bluetooth connected items are the same.  I am so very frustrated!!  Nothing works to fix this issue
