Galaxy SI recently upgraded from my Note10+ to an S22 Ultra and now I am getting a blank/black screen. I've tried deleting Android Auto and reinstalling with the new update. I've cleared the cache and am still getting the same thing. I'll continue to search the feed for additional fixes, but I'm hoping that Samsung has a solution for their device. Android Auto is a huge safety capability that I have enjoyed for years prior to upgrading my device.

Galaxy SHello, any update from samsung on that issue? It's been annoying to see they know about that problem but they haven't done anything yet.

Galaxy SIt seems that Samsung does not know what broke and does not know how to fix it. Today's update to OneUI 5.1 does not solve the problem either.

Galaxy SI am sorry to hear you are that you are also having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
Kind regards,
SamsungClaudette

Galaxy SSorry, I didn't notice this option at first (the translation of this option in the application confused me, it suggested that this option is for previewing reports, not sending them), report sent :)
