S22 Pre-order Still Processing - Bad Service

Placed a pre-order on 16th Feb and received a  shipping date of 4th March. Today is 8th March and when I check my order status it shows that it is still processing. Is anyone experiencing this? Does it mean that my order has not been acknowledged?

For those who have received the RM800 e-voucher, what's the expiry date? I'm worried that I might not receive my package in time...

I emailed Samsung and this is the reply I got from them

"First of all, we would like to thank you for approaching us in regards to your issue. Rest assured that we will be more than glad to assist you with this email.


We would like to inform you that the tracking will be generated once the order is ready to be shipped out. 


So the existing of the tracking from DHL means that Samsung already notified DHL which is why the tracking is existed in the first place. 


Delivery for pre order Galaxy S22 series will be attempt according to batch by batch and delivery period will start from 3rd March 2022 (Thursday) to 23rd March 2022 (Wednesday). 

In due to unforeseen circumtances, we are unable to exactly advise when we will be able to send our the order to you. However, you may try to check again the DHL tracking link from time to time. "

wow, 23rd march, habis la, wait till when? by then the 800 bucks voucher cant be used when everything on its site is not available..... ridiculous from samsung

Btw guys... the T&C for the RM800 e-voucher:
Step 4: Spend the e-Voucher Code. Scan the provided QR Code to purchase the selected Galaxy Wearables or Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories at Samsung.com Choose the desired Galaxy Wearables or Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories from the list of products offered, and add to cart to begin the ordering process.
Please note that:
a.The balance credit of the e-Voucher will not be refunded or re-usable for the next purchase in the event that the total cost of the purchased item is lower than the total e-Voucher value.

b.Customer is required to pay the balance payment if the value of the purchased item exceeds the e-Voucher value.
c.A minimum spend of the same value as the e-Voucher is required in order to utilize the e-Voucher. The total checkout value must exceed the e-Voucher value (e.g., purchase item / multiple items with total checkout price of RM801 or above will entitle the Customer to checkout with e-Voucher value, e.g. RM800.) Enter the valid e-Voucher code in the Promo Code box and select "Confirm" at the checkout page.

Placed order for S22+ on 10 Feb, stated I'll received on 4 March, but till now my order still showing Processing. Tried to go for Live Chat, Email, Samsung Malaysia FB page PM, all replied the same, will escalate the order to relevant Dept./will send out soonest. Felt very frustrated, ordered on the first day but no update till now. Customer service never reply the question. Asked for refund but they said it's waiting for courier to pick up. Wondering if it's eligible to not letting a customer to make refund if the store unable to fulfill the order? I saw others purchase through Shopee official store successfully made refund, but Samsung own Official E store not allow customer to refund?.

**bleep**... I was considering asking for a refund as well. Couldn't find the cancellation button. It's ridiculous that their own official e-store is so inefficient

I'm tired on chasing where's my phone now...can they give us the warehouse address then we go to collect by own rather than "waiting" for courier to pick up... I'm going to lodge a report to the authorities to make a refund. Sorry but Samsung definitely lost me due to this.

i asked if can pick up from warehouse since dhl has not picked it up yet, they said no....... i asked what else can be done, they said just wait

Finally got some update today from Processing to Preparing Dispatch, but the tracking link to DHL website showed nothing beside the tracking number. Sigh...

Yesterday the live chat mentioned will ship out all pre-order tentatively this week...Still no **bleep**...endless of waiting

I've filed a complaint to KPDNHEP and the investigation is going on now, maybe it won't help much but at least I hope the authorities can do something for us. The Link: https://e-aduan.kpdnhep.gov.my/
