SAMSUNG promotions appear are cheating schemes

Bought Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra during the promotion period from Optus

Got redemption code after 2weeks of uploading documents and responding to purchase proof queries

Now that I have the redemption code

Cant place an order for Audio Gift Bundle 

Samsung Redemption website keeps saying "One or more of your items is no longer available, please remove these from your cart to proceed"

It  seems to be a big joke

I feel like SAMSUNG has cheated me into buying the phone by wrongly promoting customers will get Galaxy Buds free

The redemption period seems to have been extended.
Just keep an eye on it and try again later?

I got mine my bonus gifts are on thier way maybe email samsung redemption there have been some technical issues

Same here.

Its taken me 2 weeks to finally get my redemption code.

I'm getting the same message saying one item is out of stock. 

Samsung support take days to answer emails. I called them a couple of times too but could not hear what the guy on the other end of the phone was saying, the sound was so muffled. 

Its not good enough Samsung!

I have not received my bonus gift redemption code yet either I ordered my S22 ultra from Optus and I received the phone on the 8th March not happy optus. Not to mention the battery life👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I can't even get a redemption code
