This happened last December 2023 and reported right away. Already surrendered my phone in a service center for diagnosis and assessment for submission of technical report for the consideration of Free-of-Charge request. Out of warranty since February 2023.

Hi! I have a S22 Ultra, I've also experienced the horizontal green line appearing beside the camera hole when my phone is in 120hz refresh rate. The phone was still fully functional, even when I ran a diagnosis on the device from touch to s-pen hover all was running fine. I've tried soft reset on my phone and also done Factory Reset as advise thru email prior going to a service center if the issue still occur and unfortunately it does. The service center that supposed to diagnose and assess my unit just gives me a quotation for the repair, what needs to be repaired  and what is the issue of the unit (which I already knew by the way.,) but not the probable cause and reason. When I asked them what might be the reason is they said it was "natural breakdown" of the unit which was not included in the "Technical Report" as stated by the case manager. As of now I'm still coordinating with their team with what really happened to my unit because it really is not acceptable to pay another unreasonable price for the REPAIR of an "EPIC STANDARD" flagship unit.

By the way Samsung India has offered free replacement for this same case within 3years of its purchased date upon proper evaluation and diagnosis and I dont see any reason why Samsung Philippines would not do the same.

Note: Photos not mine grabbed from another user online. Would like to attach my own but luckily I don't have my phone.

THEY WONT ADMIT IT BECAUSE THIS IS THEIR WAY TODAY TO OFFSET THEIR LOSSES LAST PANDEMIC.

Too bad for their reputation. I was an avid fan of Samsung before, and because of this issue, I'm out. By the way, I am now using my iPhone 6, which still works well compared to the S21, which has a pink line due to the UI update version 6. Very bad, Samsung.

I am kinda worried about my S21 FE as well as these green or whatever color line is appearing in a lot of Samsung lineups. Hopefully, i'll reach more than 2 years of usage of this device without having to experience the same problem.

Hoping for your units durability and those properly working units don't have to face this issue😊

Iniingatan ko po ito ng mabuti sir kaya di ko nilalagay sa bulsa. Nakalagay palagi sa bag at naka dark mode with darker or dark wallpapers narin na pinapalitan from time to time pero kung bibigay to sana umabot until mag renew ng plan kasi walang cash pambili..hehe

Hi, I'm using S21 FE. Two green vertical lines just appeared on my screen yesterday.

Kaka-update ko lang last week to UI 6.0. Unfortunately, I'm out of warranty just December last year😭 Used for 1 year only and no physical damage. Tried factory reset, but did not resolve the issue still.🥹

Ouch, it's very alarming if that green vertical line will just appear out of nowhere despite taking good care of the device 😓
