Galaxy SThis happened last December 2023 and reported right away. Already surrendered my phone in a service center for diagnosis and assessment for submission of technical report for the consideration of Free-of-Charge request. Out of warranty since February 2023.
Hi! I have a S22 Ultra, I've also experienced the horizontal green line appearing beside the camera hole when my phone is in 120hz refresh rate. The phone was still fully functional, even when I ran a diagnosis on the device from touch to s-pen hover all was running fine. I've tried soft reset on my phone and also done Factory Reset as advise thru email prior going to a service center if the issue still occur and unfortunately it does. The service center that supposed to diagnose and assess my unit just gives me a quotation for the repair, what needs to be repaired and what is the issue of the unit (which I already knew by the way.,) but not the probable cause and reason. When I asked them what might be the reason is they said it was "natural breakdown" of the unit which was not included in the "Technical Report" as stated by the case manager. As of now I'm still coordinating with their team with what really happened to my unit because it really is not acceptable to pay another unreasonable price for the REPAIR of an "EPIC STANDARD" flagship unit.
By the way Samsung India has offered free replacement for this same case within 3years of its purchased date upon proper evaluation and diagnosis and I dont see any reason why Samsung Philippines would not do the same.
Note: Photos not mine grabbed from another user online. Would like to attach my own but luckily I don't have my phone.

Galaxy SIve been in contact with SAMSUNG in the past few weeks, unfortunately they only acknowledge free of charge for those units within the warranty period. But hoping for their consideration with your case

Galaxy Si am facing almost the same issue where i was casually browsing and all of sudden screen turned completely green. I can hardly see anything in the screen now.
I have submitted the device to the service center.
As per their inspection,
- No Physical damage
- No Liquid damage
Thus, they accepted the device for service, Unfortunately Samsung India denied the repair.
Its a complete disappointment to see such service.
I faced the same issue in my OnePlus 9, you wont believe guys they shared two options with a TAT of just 2hours
- Replace the screen free of cost (with a TAT of just 2 hours)
- Pay addition 3999. get a new upgraded device OnePlus 11R (with a TAT of just 1 hour to check for the physical & liquid damage)
That what we call an excellent After Sales Service.
Will never ever recommended now purchase a Samsung Device (will try my best to share the same details such that People are aware of such un-ethical support from Samsung After Sales Service)
