Galaxy SUpdate: I did a factory reset this morning. Didn't use Smart Switch and haven't downloaded anything from Samsung Store yet. So far I can still download through Play Store. It seems that my notification issues aren't occurring now as well.
Will continue to monitor this but it seems there's something on Smart Switch or Samsung Store messing up the resources.
Thanks for sharing! 😁

Galaxy SUnfortunately the pending apps triggered again. I've only installed 4 messaging apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Signal, Telegram) from the Play Store plus a few of the available updates. I've done all the usual steps for clearing the Play Store and related apps. Did not touch the Galaxy Store at all. The last thing I updated (but failed) that seemed to have triggered it is Android System Webview and Chrome (which is now at 0 bytes for some reason).
You said you've had your phone replaced and it still happened. So now I'm stuck on whether I want to try getting a replacement as well since my country isn't very good with warranty issues. Or I do one final reset, try and install and update everything I can. Then hope this is fixed in the April 2022 update. It defintely isn't a hardware issue. But it's strange that there hasn't been much reports on places like Reddit about it, suggesting it isn't widespread.
Again, for reference: S22+ Snapdragon Dual-SIM on the 2nd March 2022 Update (with that GOS thing).
