Galaxy SRidiculous. I'm dealing with the same situation. I've never pre-purchased a phone straight out of the gates before, and likely won't again regardless of being a Galaxy user for over a decade and a half.

Galaxy SI am still having this problem. Play Store was working like 3 days ago and now all of a sudden it's stuck in endless loop cycle of loading the screen. I have done everything cleared cash clear data for stop the app cleared system cash restarted the phone multiple times nothing is working. The amount of money I forked out for this phone they better **bleep** well fix this or I want a full freaking refund.

Galaxy SJesus Christ, this issue has been going on with every galaxy Samsung phone I had. Software not liking the new hardware. So stupid how the two are unwilling to work together to fix a known issue once it for all.

Galaxy SYes! I am having that exact same issue and have tried doing 1 at a time, etc. Nothing works. I even deleted a couple of apps and tried to reinstall them...and could not. I have the S22.

Galaxy SI just got a new S22 Ultra and ran into the same problem trying to update Zedge. I un-installed it and tried again....kept saying "pending". Here is what I did to fix it..
Go into Google Play Store.
Click your letter in the upper right corner.
Click Manage apps and device. You will see "Updates available", and how many. Mine said 47. Here's the problem....if you try and update an app from the store, they ALL try to update. It's too many! It will take forever....they all sit there in the list and say "pending". Don't do this.
Select "See details". You will see the long list of apps needing updates.
Select a few at a time and let them update. Once they are all updated, then you can go back into the Play Store and pick an App and update it, or install it. So I picked Zedge and it installed no problem.

Galaxy SOpen settings (cog wheel)
Tap "Apps"
Tap "Google Play Store"
Tap "storage"
Tap clear data and clear cache
Tap the back button
Tap Force Stop
Open the play store and go to My apps & games and Updates.
I chose to update 1 app at a time and it worked for me.

Galaxy SI discovered that if there are any pending updates in the Galaxy store that no updates will download for the Play Store. If you go into the Galaxy store and do the updates there the Play Store updates start to download.
