Was it like that prior to the update?
Try turning the phone completely off and then back on, maybe there is a process that is running on the device that is hammering the CPU

Hello @ SushantLamichhane

I am sorry that you are having an issue with your phone. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Below are some other suggestions that you can try:

!. Remove all active apps.
2. Delete cache.
3. Remove phone cover/case.
4. Make sure you don’t have any malware running in the background (I suggest using a security app like AVG Antivirus).
5. Clean up any junk files you have.
6. Delete apps that you don’t use regularly.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
SamsungClaudette
