Went to Samsung yesterday and asked if they now have a compatible screen protector for s22 ultra as we're still using the plastic cover for it. 😂 The staff said, "Yes, meron na po." So we both purchased and staff installed it. Staff said to redo the fingerprint na lang which was our fault for not doing this part sa store mismo as we have a different agenda and had to leave quickly. Now at home, we're both struggling with the fingerprint scanner.😔

Now using the face recognition instead but the fingerprint is still needed especially for our bank apps.

Any advice on what to do? That's Php 1880 each so husband and I were really disappointed with our purchase.😔

Had a Nilkin screen protector in film form and it was fairly responsive.

After my unit's screen was replaced due to the untraceable paint chipping on its frame, I bought one of Samsung's carried brands tempered glass and they would have you check your finger print scanner if it would work flawlessly before issuing a receipt. There after, they also gave me a said warranty if there were any issues with the said tempered glass.

Though I ended up getting a refund since they had a very hard time installing the tempered glass without any air bubbles. But I re-ordered my first film screen protector. Went with Nillkin again since it has a cut-out for the front camera unlike most brands where it covers everything and I tend to worry that it might give a haze effect when taking selfies.

Try searching SABS TEMPERED GLASS theyll install it and test the fingerprint and its super fast to read fingerprints kahit nakalagay na tempered.

So purchased 05/15? They should have a customer satisfaction clause or something. Best to go back to the service center.

I'm using hydrogel film instead of tempered glass.
