Galaxy SWhy is Samsung India providing free replacement for this issue and yet Samsung Singapore is not doing anything. This is so common and have been causing problems to loyal customers. I've contacted Samsung via the the live chat and they say still need to ask to pay for evalution and labour cost and not including parts yet.
REALLY very frustrated!! The issue is caused by Samsung's poor parts, the cost and the pain has to be borne by the loyal customers. What logic is this?!!?
I'm a strong supporter of Samsung products, now it's time to rethink.

Galaxy SHi, at least you can still use your phone. My s22 ultra died in the middle of using whatsapp. It just froze and then restarted.
Then it kept restarting over and over again.
I was not able to get it working again. It lasted a little over 2 years until April 2025. My Samsung note 8 is still working well (passed it to my child to use when I got the S22 ultra) and I used to think samsung made very hardy and long lasting products
As I could not back up my device, I had to retrieve an older back up version and lost some files/data. Pls back up all your files since you can still access your Samsung phone.
I contacted Samsung, but they informed me since its out of warranty, I need to pay for assessment and repairs. I bought a new phone instead. If this happens again, I will change to oppo or other brands instead.
