I ordered an s23+ over a week ago and my order in my account still says preparing dispatch. Apparently many other people have the same issue? Also when I made the order it said 3-10 days delivery but I have seen from another hidden page on their official website that it is actually 5-30 days!
If I had known this I would have never bought from their site! I am now without a phone for a seriously long time and no one will tell me where my order is or how long until I will actually receive it.
I am sorry that you feel this way. The reason why some of the deliveries are being delayed are due to warehouse transitions that are taking place. Here at Samsung we are trying our best to get your orders delivered to you as soon as we can. I apologies for any inconvenience caucused by this and I ask you to Please be patient.
But you guys need to at least communicate this with people! I have had no contact from anyone about why my order is taking much longer than was promised. I even sent in complaints and have heard absolutely nothing back after the automatic emails say they should reply withing 48 hours. It's been almost 4 days and no response.
It's all nice of you to say that, but when will I actually get my phone?? Because I bought it as I need it for a trip overseas (which I assumed I had plenty of time for it to arrive as there was a whole month after the date I ordered it til I leave). And now if it doesn't arrive before then, I will have no idea when it will arrive as I will not even be in the country and have no one else at my address. It has now almost been 2 weeks since I ordered it and it is still on preparing dispatch. Should I just ask for a full refund because if it's not here before the date I leave there is no point buying it.
Same here! It’s been almost 3 weeks of me waiting but still on awaiting dispatch stage. I ordered online because I thought it will be faster since I needed it urgently but OmG it was taking long.
